Artifact or Rock

Found this in a stream don’t know if it’s a artifact or just a rock. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thank you.

A very interesting rock but it looks natural to me. I'd keep it.

Edit: Can we see some more views (top, bottom)? Sort of resembles an insulator.
