So in a new field tonight.. we found a musket ball, tiny button (1cm) a bell clapper (maybe) and a little latch? Any different ids, always welcome x

Unusual for me not to even have an educated guess on those 2 items. The last item, I wouldn't spend much time on researching but the odd ball shaped thing that is not a bell clapper needs some effort. What is it made of?

Its made of lead… thort musket ball til we cleaned it off.. love to know what u think it may be!! x

So have got my eye in on the tiny button back… it says IMPERIAL LONDON .. hard to get a clear photo of the first 2 letters because the shank is bent over… x

I'm not good with fire arms stuff, but I have seen a Musket ball type that had a single band around it, so it could be some kind of specialise shot that I haven't seen. Seems more likely now I know its lead with a cut off Spurl.

Dont know how to do link so posted description with better photos, it weighs 15grams so a tad lighter than the usual musket balls we find! x

I have about 20 different sizes of Pistol Shot & Musket ball, so a tad lighter is somewhere in that range
