Once I got the iron shoe out of the ground I could hear multiple targets below. Midget toy truck pretty clean, followed by a nice thimble with marble bonus.
Same ground yielded a toasted shield nickle and other goodies few hunts prior. Loving my Nokta Macro Legend with the small coil.

Was that your first? I've only found one and, at the time, I had no idea what a nickel before a V-nickel looked like. How good of shape is the other side?

My first shield....I have found two V- nickels in the past. The other side is there but date 188? Thanks love it!!

The buckle half was beneath the clothesline pole... Right where you would hope to find it eh? Not much else around it sadly.
