I guess it might still be one, but, it looked a bit too fancy to me after I rubbed some of the dirt off. Thin stamped metal, a ladies head in profile, and "MADE IN U.S.A." underneath. Some sort of cosmetic related item? Back side is just the mirror image of the front.
