AT Pro does not work

my AT Pro makes a screeching sound when I turn it on, with or with out the coil, can't turn it off I have to pull the battery out, question, should I send it in or just shop for a used one, I've seen them for $350 to $400 on line, thanks

Had similar issues. Was sent a new coil but did not fix it. Sent box and coil back. Waiting for return.
You should call them even if it is past warranty. They might replace for nothing. Called first.
Seems this was an issue with some units.
I don't know-you might want to look into the AT gold if you have to look into another machine.
