Just toying around with numbers here.
If you got 5 grains per hour in 35 LB bucket for 8 hours - 40 Hour work week , your pay would be equal to $10.83 per hour, $21,840 Annual.
1 Man - $1300 SPOT paid @ 80%
Paystreak is never so sure, but just putting numbers out there.

Comments welcomed.

Couple of ways to look at this math problem:

1: Amount of gold found minus labor minus fuel minus wear on equipment minus all other overhead = not enough gold!!!!!

2: Amount of gold found PLUS enjoyment of finding it PLUS being outdoors PLUS spending time with friends = not enough gold!!!!

Drats!!!! My math sucks but I'm still chasing gold anyway!!!!! I'll wager you are too Johnny. ;)

I'm still trying to imagine the situation where anyone is going to say

"That's enough gold"

What's the math on that? :laughing7:

That should happen about the same time that they finish calculating the square root of Pi to the last digit. :occasion18:
