Awesome Banisters Centennial Buckle!

This buckle was my fifth "one more target" of the evening Its no wonder I have a hard time putting the detector away, my back yard just keeps on giving does anyone know of this buckle? I've read they were civil war era and used sometimes on drum straps. I'd love any other info that you all might have on it. It is very pretty for its age. When I first saw all the plating I figured it was much newer than it is.
