B Pasquale NOS on card Navy buttons ??

I found a full card of 78 button I think they are navy year not sure. Back says B Pasquale Co San Francisco Back has leather rope thru them. Any info would be great cannot find what era these are from.

I think they are civilian Blazer buttons found on sport coats etc. Here's a link to some similar only having a gold finish.
