BABY YOU WERE GREAT LAST NITE! MYSTERY PRINT

Got this print the other day, and I can't find anything out about the artist. About 18x24", and on the bottom it says,
"Proof Baby You Were Great Last Nite, Judy D. Martinez."
Has a pop art feel to it, almost like Peter Max. (To me anyway)
You all have been great tracking down info for me, hopefully you can help.
Spent about an hour online, got nada.

Spent another hour searching online, still nothing. My photos really don't do justice, this piece is actually quite vibrant.
All I've found is a Judith Martinez, but her work is nothing like this. Normally I'd just write this off as a so-so art piece,
but it's seems to nice. Gonna keep searching, but I have a feeling I'm not gonna get anywhere. Any tips on where to search would be appreciated!

Tried finding her address/phone nbr? Should be able to find her on one of the people search sites.
My wife and I use these type sites for Real Estate flipping.

I'm thinking that this was done around the late 70's to early 1980's.
(Judging by the chrome aluminum frame that it is enclosed in.)
The title, signature, and the word "proof", plus the overall quality of the piece is what is making me
feel the need to really research the work. I'm not really concerned about the value,
it just seems to me that a person who created this would have more art out there.
I just took it out of the frame in hopes of a clue, but nothing.
Hell, it could have been hung up in a hair salon for all I know.
