All Treasure Hunting
I started detecting almost 40 years ago. The last time I wrote any finds in my log was 1981.
With some new machines I got out 10 days ago. The big difference I see is today vs back then are the
Laws that have been written to kill this hobby and the finds are thin.
My log shows being able to get some 40 to 50 coins in two hours with half being Wheaties and silver. Not quit what it was in Chicago.:headbang:

Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your "actual" state in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state.

Welcome to the forum from Massachusetts!

Welcome to TNet! I know what you mean about detecting in the old days. Took the silver for granted! Hunting virgin sites was the norm!
