Back up.. How did you clean that to look so good can you post a link here? I have something that looks almost the same before cleaning ......

Looks to me a handle from a antique art nouveau manicure set. May have been pitch filled before in the handle and that all crumbled up and it lost the little nail file or what ever else type manicure tool it had in it?
