First I set the descrimination on -6, hot program, react 0, send 98. I wanted to hear everything. After half an hour I got tired and turned the descrimination to 0.
The area where I found the dolphin is almost in the top of the hill.
After digging s few nails, just 2 meters from the bronze cup I had a ferrous- non ferrous signal. They were about the same depth with the bronze cup.
Based on web, they look Roman. They are identical. P_20201027_115144.webp

Any opinion is welcomed.
Thank you.

Beautiful daggers! I've love to see those cleaned with with some electrolysis. Looks like they were brand new when lost. You should go back and see if you can find the missing pieces. If you're digging that deep I'll bet there's more relics down there. Consider some sifting. Nice job again brother!! :occasion14:

I'm not used of deep digging and I got very tired yesterday. I agree with you that there are others deep targets there but it's a difficult job.

Very cool daggers Vince, congrats.

Running -6 does it start to false on rocks and other items like pottery.
I've been fooled by falsing of a nearly fresh layer cow patty a few times over the years. :laughing7:

That is nothing short of freaking amazing. The age of those is so awesome gottta love putting those in your collection. Thanks for sharing

Not the kind of relics we ever find here in Connecticut...Excellent finds!

Great relics, I'm sure there are more at that site. Are you sure those aren't blades from Roman scissors instead, that's what it looked like when I've seen them at first.

I don't know too much but probably you are right! Maybe "shears" is the right term. I found this pair on web. Look very similar. Thanks:icon_thumleft:
