Back to elementary school for about a hour today

This school just keeps producing lol....Ive done maybe 1/4 of the football field and got this in about a hour today, little over $6 and the oldest was 1964 Lincoln. Heading back tomorrow as my son told me about the old baseball field is where the older kids hanged out when he went to school there.

I used to hit the schools grounds on weekends and those elementary school youngsters sure did lose lots of quarters at the swingsets

Old football fields seem to have alot of quarters (at least the ones around here) and other neat goodies, I think the quarters come from flipping a coin...

Looks like you're doing great!
I would be sure to check out any hills that the kids hang out on. They always produce well for me. Also, the track to and from the bathrooms. These areas can produce stuff that the parents or others lost.
Also, if you have the time, dig all the nickel signals. Yes, you'll dig a bunch of aluminum but hopefully will be pleasantly surprised with a gold ring or two.

I mean the whole school had a fence around it. And they usually lock the gates on the weekends.

Strange. I always see folks out playing soccer or walking dogs on the school grounds here. All schools seem to have a fence but there are gates or walk through areas on every one.
