I got a couple of items of interest yesterday. The weather is finally feeling like fall, thank goodness.
I found this old spoon, which I'm sure dates to the 19th century.
Also found this blade guard to a folding fleam. A fleam was used in early medical practices to perform "blood letting" to heal a person of a fever or other malady. I've got two pictures of the relics and I'm also attaching a picture I got off the internet of a complete fleam.
