The hay field is a pleasant 15 mins walk from my house. After I walk through the cross roads, there's what used to be an old barn. The barn dates to the 13th Century. It's been restored, with the original type thatched roof. As always for the hay field, plenty of coins. As always dating from late Victorian to modern. Best find, a medallion celebrating, Queen Victoria being 60 years on the throne. These were given to school children in 1897. Of course had a pint on the way home (thirsty work detecting
). Booked in for an hernia operation on Thursday, so will be a break from detecting soon.
robert. Oh the golf ball, found at 3 inch with a coin.
