Todays finds...

best finds...
2 1919 wheat pennies
1 1941 mercury dime
squadron leader badge...
1911 oklahoma city dog tag

3 quarters 6 dimes 8 nickels 7 copper memorials 4 zinc memorials 4 keys harmonica reed pocket watch insides pocket knife side zipper pull...

And 60 stupidwasteoftimegoodfornothing pulltabs!!!

What's the deal with all the pull tabs... Well pull tabs ring up from a VDI of 26+ to 55+... well that happens to be the same area gold rings and jewelry rings up at... I think I'm doing something wrong... I've dug a box full of pulltabs this year but no gold rings yet...

Guess I need to consult the V3i gurus!

I've run into the same sort of problem. The conductivity of gold rings is similiar to that of pull tabs and the such, so there's really no way to discriminate them out when looking for gold.

Wow... that pooch has been in doggie heaven for a long time!! Nice finds!

I go to alot of place that rings would be lost... I dig so many pulltabs... there has to be something I'm doing wrong or missing... I know there are gold rings out there!
