The Mrs went down to Boston to see a friend for the weekend so I went straight to one of my favorite wooded parks after work
Last time I hunted this spot I found the silver watch chain and a nice mens gold ring . I have not found anything really old from this particular park but finds are there to be made from late 19th century to modern and I enjoy the solitude of the woods. Eleven wheaties today. 1909, 1916,1917, 1918, 1930, 3- 1940, 1944,1947,1948. Two silver dimes a 1913 Barber, and a 1943 merc which was a nice pocket spill that included 4 of the wheaties , A silver plated bracelet made by chanel, A gold plated ring marked W.L.&CO. and a silver plated monogramed plate marked W. M. Rogers . I might go back in the morning or I might try somewhere else
. We shall see ! Thanks for looking ! MaineRelic
