Back yard hunt PAIR of SHOE BUCKLES.

I've been digging around my place for years and still the stuff
Keep coming. I just pulled me some cool pottery shards and a
Rainbow piece of glass. Does anyone know the type.of glass this is?
Now my first shoe buckle from the last dig in the yard now became a PAIR of SHOE BUCKLES! So cool. Never thought I find one let alone a matching pair. Also a Revlon copper or brass lip stick case.
Its very heavy has to be something inside. Should I open it?

Nice finds. Interesting buckles. Not sure they’re shoe or boot buckles though. I’m no expert on buckles.

They could be buckles, but looks more like something you would pull a scarf through.

On them then. I just found another one today. Totally different fancy but the same type clip in the back.
