Well I was going to go to one of the parks today, but I have a crap load of house work that needs to be done.... So I figured I would "clean" the backyard with my metal detector..... 
Didn't do too bad, nothing special tho. Heres what I found:
A water spicket, a piece of pipe, quite a few nails, a dog leash clip, a large wing nut, some bolt thing, 2 dimes 89 and 86, 4 or so pennies and an 81 nickle. and a door hanging rack, oh yes, this rock type thing that sets off the detector, Ill have to clean it and post a pic in the Rock section. and a couple pull tabs. Not too shabby for the back yard... Now I have heat stroke and a sore neck.. I don't know how all of you do this, metal detecting is killing my body. I suppose it gets easier over time.
Turns out that one of the pennies that I found is my FIRST WHEATIE!
it was so corroded I couldnt tell what it was, I cleaned it up some, cant really tell the date 1942 I think definetely a 19_2 haha think its a 4! Cant believe I found that in my backyard.
