What is the stamped tag, initially I thought slave tag but probably not with the "NY ERR"?

Outstanding hunt. I like that Railroad Baggage Tag. I still have not found one of those.

Nice digs! The silver dimes are great, but you also got some other very interesting items too. Well done.
 

I guess it’s a old baggage tag Erie rr came here 1841 then by 1851 fully operational this place was here since 1700s so I’m not sure what age it is but looks and is pretty cool relic exspecially since it’s local history
