Baltimore American Token

I've never seen one of these before. If you search "Baltimore American" and "Doo Dad Deb" on Google, it comes up with my forum posts, my record of it on the Token Catalog website, and nothing else. Any thoughts on value? The Baltimore American was a newspaper that published in 1857 and then 1884-1902. The Greenduck Metal Stamping Company (listed on the reverse) went into business in Chicago in 1906 from what I can tell.

I'm guessing yours is an advertising token of the "Head or Tails" type; similar to one on TNet a couple of years ago as shown here:
