Last week when I went to the bank I was greeted by a teller who told me that they have some old coins that an older man brought in. They told me they were going to wait a week to see if it was an accident and he wanted them back, if he never came (which they were pretty sure was the case) I could have them. According to them he brought in a roll of dimes, 20 of them were silver. Also some nickels, which she saved the old ones for me including the war nickels and buffalo nickels. She had them for a total of three weeks, two weeks already before I came in the first time, the man never came and today she gave them to me. Anyways, I'm very happy with the coins. Sounds like an old coin jar clean out to me.
