- Started with a Minelab xterra 505. Then Equinox 600 with stock coil, xl coil and sinper coil depending on circumstances. Now use a manticore mostly or oversized coil on equinox.

Went out early one day over the weekend to follow the coin line. The good stuff was pretty much all coins. a pile of wheatys joined the party. Only one I can read thus far is the 1919. The third signal was a 1916 s barber dime, followed by a mostly there lead toy gun 🔫 I swore was going to be another sinker. For the stretch ive detected on an off since last year the higher line has been 1873 to 1920s thus far. So I was not expecting the fairly worn trime. It looks like an 1858 with the right light and a loop. Managed another buffalo, sash buckle, 2 non precious religious metals and a 1914 barber before the tide forced me to walk back on higher ground.
Third picture is from a quick post work stop for about 2 hours. I did find the other half of the hinge over the weekend. Most of an tumbled arrow head was a nice surprise. The gray piece of metal has tarnished silver color, heavy at 6.23 grams. Specific gravity is 10.5 give or take a bit. Cut 8 real cob, part of a spoon bowl?? No idea though it was a mid tone. I'll have to try a little electrolysis and see if I see anything on it.
