Got out for a short hunt today... found everything within the first 30 minutes and gridding commenced for another 1.5 hours without any additional keepers. It's amazing that I found a Barber where I did... I wasn't getting crap for signals and then I got this HARD dime signal that could have easily been a quarter IMO. It was coming up as 12-46 at 8" deep. It turned out to be just the one barber at maybe 5-6" under the surface. I saw it was a dime and was stoked... then when I broke off the dirt and saw a 1901 Barber I was like "what whAT WHAT!!??" I look up and my Dad was right there about 20 feet from me, he had just joined me after hunting all afternoon at a different location. That was awexome because he got to see me break the dirt off the back... I left my house today thinking I might nab a wheatie or two... but never though I would get a Barber. I nabbed a 1912 and 1951d wheatie as well, both also about 6" deep.

Thanks for lookin'!
