BarBoy Measuring shot-glass

My mom' friend gave her this. I can not find any info on it. On the side it reads "BarBoy" and on the inside of the handle it reads "PATAPPL'D FOR 3 NEWTON NEWHAVEN" It also has a bottle opener and a cork screw. Please if anyone has any info it would greatly be appreciated.
