Beach detecting a few days ago.

Was at the beach detecting with my wife when a gentleman came up and asked how we were doing. He stated he has detected the beach the last two days. Here is a picture of what I found.

You actually found a pair of earrings? That doesn't happen every day. I think I've found maybe 5 or six pairs in over 50 year of detecting! I must have at least a thousand singles. Any pirates out there?

The ring and earrings were next to each other in the sand. They costume jewelry.
