Beach Hunt Gold & Silver - video

Lookin4seated and I went metal detecting a Chicago beach in the middle of Febuary and it was COLD!!! I was using my Minelab SE Pro metal detector and L4S was using his Minelab Excalibur II metal detector and we both found goodies.

i can see by the video it makes a big difference form the dry sand to being in the water it would seem that you would want a water detector as i would be afraid of dropping the detector like you said great hunt guys it looked cold but the gold has to warm you up must be the hat dennis

Thanks for the video. Looks cold, but I think the lake is too cold to swim even in July...but that was before I knew there was gold out there.
