Beach Water Hunt with BannerMike...I mean BigMike...GOLD, Silver, I Phone 6.

After hunting seven hours with little to show and only a few minutes from the time we had decided to leave, I got an overload signal on my CZ21. I took a scoop and scanned the hole and the target was gone...I sifted my scoop and there was nothing in it so I looked down in the chest deep, clear water and saw a black rectangle beside the hole. I pushed it in my scoop with my foot and up came an I Phone 6...I sold it for $70 dollars before I even got home... I showed it to Bigmike and we hunted on for a few minutes and I asked if he was ready to call it a day...he said yeah...I headed out of the water and figured I would hunt the wet sand back to the parking lot...I stepped out of the water , took three steps and got a screaming signal..I took a scoop and shook it in the water and there was a gold band sticking out of the shells...Artcarved, 5.2 gram, 14k band...the gold ball ear ring is marked .925...good luck to everyone.

Congrats. I'm getting tired of you Florida boys getting all the goodies. When is it Cali's time? I did find an Iphone 4s about 2 ft down in the wet sand the other week. Didn't work and it's worthless otherwise. That and the 18k ring I found a few wks back and I've been pretty much find-less for the past 5 months.

You can get a 6 on eBay for between $100 and $150 that is flooded and icloud locked and this one was flooded and more than likely locked.

Hey jeepGold don't feel bad I've been out four times so far since Lake Michigan just got into 50 degrees. Any way I still rule as the pull tab king, even clad is scarce as I only found 2 pennies, 1 nickel and 1 quarter. But the season is barely beginning so I don't lose hope to find my own goodies.
