Beat up old cob, any info?

It's obviously an 8R coin; perhaps like this one:
Stack's Bowers > Browse Auctions > LotDetail
The tip of the cross indicates Mexico City as the mint--as does a portion of the "M" immediately above the "8".
Placing the "8" in the 3 o'clock position will give the correct alignment.
ID-ing the crest design will give you the ID of the king.

Thank you I was surprised at the prices for holed coins even if in much better grade.

Almost certainly a 1715 Fleet piece. Proper rotation for both sides shown below... Shield side really quite decent, uncorroded - just off-center/flat peripheries as struck.
