Beaver dam and more

I went out with my metal detector yesterday and found a few interesting things to take a pic of.

This first pic is of the beaver dam. They had a pretty big one built.


Next is a pic of a sawn log in the dam...When did they start using chain saws, lol

Next is a pic of the gold ring I found and then a pic of the tree with the rope swing where I found it.

Thanks for sharing, I have even seen 'beer cans' laced into their dams, they are very 'industrous'.

Remember, all kinds of things get washed downstream and get stuck on beaver dams. It doesn't mean the beaver put it there....and they don't bother moving the junk before building on top of it.
