I got a couple of boxes from my usual bank. The first box was blase, got 3 40%. The next box was much better, 9 90% (45D walker, 52D benji(2), 52S benji and 5 64 Kennedys), 22 40%, 6 regular proofs (73S, 74S, 80S, 81S, 82S and 83S) and 1 86S commemerative proof. Been at least 2 to 3 years since I have found a commemerative proof. HCRH all.

Wow!
I'd love to find one like that!

Great finds, especially that 86s comm. I actually pulled one out of a loose roll in January. It's cupro-nickel, but still a very nice find.

Again, congrats !

Way cool on the commemorative proof, beats any thing that I've found so far. Great finds and photos too! Gives me something to shoot for :)

awesome finds!
is that coin also silver?

FROM TWO POSTS ABOVE "It's cupro-nickel, but still a very nice find."

In fact, it was the first commemorative half to NOT be silver. Still a good looking coin though.

o, i see it now didnt look before ;D

For those who might not know, its the flash that makes it look golden. In reality they are chrome looking just like other clad proofs.

You mean I am not the only fool who was upset 'cause I couldn't find a gold half? Bongo

Gee whiz! That's a TON of proofs and silver in one box! Great going!

Wow...that 2nd box was a producer. That commemorative is a beautiful coin. Congrats Wayne. Still waiting for my first commemorative coin. May have to buy one....ha!

Kudos Wayne.
