Hi
I'm a 29 years old guy from Belgium. I started metal detecting (on and off) 5 years ago.
I did a lot of waterloo's battlefield, found a lot musket balls, clay pipe bits, some buckles, a few buttons, a canonball ...
Lately I trid a new place by my gf's house, I found my first roman coin and a culverin ball.
But my best find was a Vth century roman tomb, I dug out a bronze bassin and a small bone comb, then I found some bones, so I stopped digging and want to the local museum to tell them what I found.
2 month later a team of archeologist came and dug the site, the tomb had some really neat artifacts in it, I'll post some pictures in an other thread soon I guess.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys found
