Bell and oil burner parts

Hour and a half hunt late in the day had me leaving the watershed at dusk but there were several keepers that are consistent with the date of the homesite I was detecting. While flat buttons and a Civil War Rhode Island button date this site to the mid-19th century, today's find are ca. 1890-1900. First find is possibly a Bevin Brothers bike bell. The one I dug is shown in comparison to a known 1890 Bevin Brothers bell.

Second find has an 1890 patent date and is the turn dial to an Impdolimax oil/kerosene burner and is pictured along with an image of the entire lamp.

Last keeper is this small musket ball.

Did a little more research and found a good example of the dial wording. Mine is a little obscure. The actual wording in 'IMP.'D CLIMAX'. I mistook this as IMPDOLIMAX, and that's why I couldn't find any oil lamps by such a name. Here is the pic.

Thanks Rook. This has been a good spot for me. Taken two friends here and they both found some relics. None of us have found any coinage here. Could have been cherry-picked. Definitely been hit by a bottle digger (left his hole wide open).

McDig, I sure like that bike bell. I spent some time looking at similar antique bike bells. (There are some incredible ones out there!!!) I dug a similar bell, not with a flag. I had always thought it was a desk bell. If you get a chance could you post a picture of the other side. I want to see if mine is similar. Great hunt when you find a nice piece of brass like that!!
