Can you figure out the date from the base markings?
I've read that's possible, but I'm no expert....
BTW - been ballahead digging out here in California, but I've been finding some really old (1860's?) shards behind my new house. I'll let you know when I got something to show for my efforts.
Howzit Sodetraveler...Here's a picture of the base...Owens-Illinois Glass Company...They where in business from 1929 so I know the bottle is from that time period to the 1930's, in the 1940's they started making twist tops so I would date this bottle from the early 1930's, I still think it's quite rare to find a Hawaiian medicine company paper label bottle I don't know of any others out there...I seen newer ones with the twist top but none from the older major Hawaiian medicine companies that is listed in the Hawaiian Bottles of Long Ago book...Without the label the bottle would be worthless...keep me posted on your digs, finally the weather has cleared, you probably heard how radical the weather has been in Hawaii especially on May 2...aloha Kaz
