Best Day Ever, KG and Union Artillery

Yesterday was my first day back out detecting in nearly 2 months, my wife started the day with a few flat buttons then I pulled a beautiful King George Copper, later I found it to be my oldest coin to date, a 1731 KG II halfpenny. The rest of the day was quiet for me until I found my 2018 top bucket list find, an artillery shell from the american civil war, I have identified the intact shell as a Federal Schenkl artillery shell. My oldest coin and top find ever in one day. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting!!
