Hey there, that is a nice fossil but it is neither a dinosaur bone nor as old. It is almost certainly the fossilized cast of Culculla gigantia, an extinct giant clam. I used to hunt for them in Maryland at the same location detailed in this blog post: Paleocene Fossil Hunting in Maryland | On the Trail with Mark, Mike, and Tony

I still have a bucket full of the things. If they weren't extinct I bet they would make for some excellent chowder.

Wow thanks... that had to be a huge massive clam if that is the hinge. Has to be like a 3 foot clam. Well back to the drawing board on finding and reptile bone.
 

I guess it would be "Cucullaea gigantea", but anyway, that fossilized cast is not of the hinge of a clam but of the entirety of the interior of the creature. Here are some images from the web:
