Best Price for a roll of '64 Kennedy Halves?
There is a fellow holding two rolls of uncirculated/almost uncirculated quality '64 Kennedy half dollars. The reason I say "almost uncirculated" is because all the halves are in two plastic tubes. Their finish is shiny and blem. free....
In view of both the falling silver prices and the low outlook for the U.S. economy, what would You pay to get both rolls?
