On the side of the road 
While at capecod our neighbor and us were talking and he said his friend had been driving with his arm out the window and his ring slipped off! they found it the next day luckily. point is this would be a great place to look for rings!

but, in Rhode Island and Massachusetts they send out their prisoners to pick up trash along the side of state highways.
