I had another great weekend, I found a little treasure & saved some history. I was searching the 1940s apartments down the road that are set to be demolished with a few friends. My best find was a big 14k gold wedding band. You can see it doesn’t even fit snugly on my thumb! I also found 2 more headless horsemen lead toy soldiers. I now have 3 from this spot & call them the 3 headless horsemen of the apocalypse lol. Other finds included an earring or brooch, a buffalo nickel, 1943 War nickel & a few wheat pennies. My buddy Chuck had the find of the day with a 1904 Confederate reunion badge from Asheville.
