Big hunk of intricate silver, and maybe something military? Need I.D.

In between snow storms, we get 70 degree weather, lol! Got out one evening this week and found a beautiful sterling silver hairbrush handle? I think? And some kind of suspender clip-like item with an eagle on it. It looks just like some of the Eagles I have found on my military buttons. Would love some information on it.....If I don't get anything here I'll post it in the whats it section. Thanks for looking!

Nice finds. I can't tell how large the eagle buckle is, but I agree that it looks like a folding clip-style that may have been on suspenders or similar straps. Nice chunk of silver too!
