Went to do my usual nickel searching at the casino today and got four more wartime silvers.
The fourth one, 1942-P, was a milestone - my [red]400th[/red] found in since I started hunting casinos in 1985. Woo hoo!! Here's how they break down -
1942-P (23)
1942-S (18)
1943-P (79) [2/9/03]
1943-D (5)
1943-S (79) [2/26/03]
1944-P (46) [8/25/07]
1944-D (20)
1944-S (16)
1945-P (45) [11/9/08]
1945-D (20)
1945-S (49) [12/1/05]
The dates represent the day I completed a full roll.
My last 43-D was found on 8/19/04 and it's been 123 silvers and counting since.
While I'm in a nickel mood, here's the progress I've made filling rolls of those "tough" non-silver years:
1938-D (7)
1938-S (6)
1939-D (4)
1939-S (10)
1941-Large S (29)
1950 (27)
1950-D (3)
1955 (21)
Keep on huntin'!!

1944-P (46) [8/25/07]
