Woke up this morning and it was nice and cool with an overcast, so I said what the Heck, time for some Dirt Fishin.
Called my buddy Lafitte and he was down for whatever.
Decided to go try an 1850's home in Biloxi, that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina that is Super Trashy.
Never had much luck there in the past, but I was hoping the DEUS, in DEUS Fast would pull through for me.
Started out using DEUS Fast in 8Khz, and working the live oak trees.
Sometime in about the second hour, I think I found "The Giving Tree".
I dug a nice 1903 IHP about 4"s deep, then a few minutes later I found this really neat baby size spoon that has an indian head on it.
2 indian head items around 10' apart, and less than 10 minutes apart.
After cleaning the bowl of the spoon, I noticed it said State Savings Bank Laurium Michigan.
When I got home I googled this and found out the Bank opened up in 1897, and has since closed along with pretty much everything else in that town.
Also found a few other items along with the usual trash, but its been a while since I got an indian so I was pretty stoked, and also found this really neat spoon with a story behind it.
