Been hitting the local thrift on the way home from work and finally scored in it. I got this from the bin as it was being put out. Just under 4 OZT for $1.09! Happy hunting

I supposed I should start looking for this stuff.

We've been several times to GW looking for silver and struck out. Ahh, but not giving up. A blind hog finds an acorn every now and then. :laughing7:

Nice finds, congrats! :occasion14: I went to a place today, but nothing to buy all junk. :dontknow:

Nice score!! I haven’t been to our local thrift shop in a while. I think it’s time now!! Great finds!

Rook,

I stopped going to the GW as frequently as I had been. I’ve been going to a local church run thrift where I found this.

Yep, the small church, humane society and hospice type shops are proofing the best for me also. The big box places are looking hard to identify the gold and silver, but still they overlook many other of things of value you can make a buck on.
