Black Beauty Hawaii Quarter?

I found a 2000 s New Hampshire quarter proof today. I also found this in another quarter roll. I think it’s a black beauty, but I am not sure how to tell. Can someone help me out?

I am researching on the internet also.





It stuck out in the roll and was easy to spot. I actually thought it was a wrong planchette at first.
