I'm pretty sure every thing about Black Friday is strange. Now tomorrow is cyber Monday. Nothing strange about that. I am going to wait in line on front of my computer.

Sorry to say but a majority of the websites of the sponsors here are very amateurish. Its funny, the car modding community sponsors have no problem putting prices down for all to see, so why should the detector community sponsors? I just dont feel like calling up 10 sites to get pricing on something I should be able to find in several minutes.

You can't compare un-related businesses. Detector manufacturers require all sellers to sign and abide by MAP rules. If they violate those, they lose their dealership. But, please feel free to complain all you want about the process if it makes you feel better. Or you can spend a few minutes of your precious time and save a few hundred $$$.

Jason…. Is right you will never see the best price posted by any dealer you have to call… even if the OP of this is 2 years old .. Still now you have to call one of Tnets Sponsor's to get a best price and deal .. That has not changed in 2 years .. So that means this thread is right up to date and might help some one get a deal..

Depends. Bounty Hunters doesn't seem to follow that. Provantage sells the Land Ranger Pro for $256. An unheard of price by other dealers. (probably why most dealers won't handle it). Still, it's a great detector with many bells and whistles.
