Finally some decent weather allowed me to get out for a Sunday hunt at a new-to-me Elementary School soccer field…….
Found $1.76 in clad and this little turtle on my first dig — rang up as a nickle -46-51ish — so its not silver; no hallmark, so not gold — some sort of poisonous -to-kids Chinese alloy I am guessing…

My 10 y/o daughter proclaimed it was my best find yet — and reminded me how it matches the 925 ring I found last fall (below) — now she has a set:

Also - a 9-dime mini spill - they just kept coming
- made for a good bit of fun that lasted 5 minutes
