look around here there is a large thread on blue clay ,should answer all of your questions . some of it is very profitable.

I found a tube of it and wanted to see what was in it. I put some in a bucket with water and used a motar mixer to liquify it to run through my sluice box. Lots of iron pyrites, but no gold. It sure is messy to get on anything.

i found some clay not for sure if it is grey or silver what ever is in it when i washed it off of my hands there was little speckles of sparkling stuff gold or silver ? it is in a creek that runss through the bluffs in southern nw missouriany ideas
