Boat for hire find

Found this at about 6" with the atp pro. Showed up as a silver dollar and is about the same diameter.
Does anyone know what state it was issued from? FL, GA, or AL?
I thought it was a cool find after cleaning it with some metal polish. Made from aluminum I think.
