Bonus Field - Day 2 ....

This was Mondays hunt.
Day 1 on this field was scouting it for a starting point, so this day we choose to grid the area the Roman Brooch was found. We had 2 more scrappies in that area plus a locking mech. but no other signs of a site. But plenty of buttons to keep our interest up.

Victorian Childs Gold Ring (missing bezel)
My star find an 16/17th C Dagger Quillion (my largest example ever)

Always looking for new sites but this time of year is not really the time to do it. Just happy to get any random finds.

I was just hoping for the money they may have carried. We gridded a huge area with not 1 hammered, but quite a few Medieval signs.
