Bottle top program ??

Could someome kindly share a few setting they like to use to remove bottle caps/screw caps .I do not own andy's book yet.I am heading to a nasty park in a few days and I'm looking to avoid to many bottle caps from ruining my day.Any setting you guys might share I would greatly appreciate! I watched a YouTube on this subject this morning and these are the settings he said he was using and according to the video, it seemed to work well in his soil anyway

Freq = 18 Kz

Reactivity = 4

Silence = 4

Disc = 10
